I HAVE RECENTLY HAD THE PLEASURE OF DEALING WITH NEIL MCCALLUM. MY BATHROOM WAS PRE-WAR, HALF TILED & IN MUCH NEED OF A MAKE-OVER. I WAS VERY RELUCTANT TO REMOVE THE TILES AS THIS IS NOTORIOUSLY DIFFICULT TO DO. WITH MY OPTIONS QUITE LIMITED, I DECIDED TO GO FOR PVC CLADDING. NEIL CARRIED OUT THE WORK FOR ME WITH THE HELP OF A COLLEAGUE. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED IN 2 DAYS & I CAN HONESTLY SAY I AM DELIGHTED WITH IT. MY BATHROOM NOW LOOKS LIKE IT BELONGS IN THIS CENTURY. Neil has an exemplary professional work ethic and brings some refreshing honesty back to the building business. His team of craftsmen will arrive when they say they will and cause the minimum of inconvenience and mess. Neil's Team are honest, friendly and principled and have left our home with a very high standard of fit and finish. In this day and age when we are all careful with our money, Neil's quote was very competitive and the cost quoted was what I had to pay, that's a first for me!

My first impression of Neil when he called was he looks a bit young, but after talking to him, found him professional and very knowledgeable in all aspects of building works as we spoke about alot of different jobs i need completed. His quote was sent by email and itemized very well, the quote was competitive not the cheapest i received but my gut feeling was to go with him. All i can say about the professional manner and standard of his work was "perfect". On time, cleaned up at the end of the day and very easy to get along with. When I asked a friend if he would recommend the company that carried out the building work on his garage conversion, without hesitation he said absolutely, it was NMC Contracts. When I contacted Neil and asked if he would call out to discuss and provide a quote on a building work project for my home, I had high expectations.
